The following characteristics have been discovered through the DISC Personality Assessment which is based on the fact that most people have predictable patterns of behavior. Each person is a unique blend of all four traits (Directive, Inspiring, Supportive, Cautious) and my blend is characterized as I/D. By having an INSPIRING / DIRECTIVE personality style, I tend to naturally express enthusiasm and energy with a purpose or goal in mind. My strength is being a visionary and influencing others with persuasion and positive interaction.

As the lead pastor my sole desire is to preach truth and love well. To preach the burden of the whole of God’s revelation, the balance of things, leaving nothing out that was of primary importance, never ducking the hard bits, helping believers to grasp the whole counsel of God that they themselves would become better equipped to read their Bibles intelligently and comprehensively.(2 Tim. 3:16-17) The reason we emphasize the Bible in all that we do is because right doctrine produces right living.(Titus 2:1-14) We are empowered to reflect godliness in the lives of others and love them well because Christ first loved us. (1 John 4:19)

The class director is responsible for overseeing the week-by-week mechanics of the class which include being a liaison between church leadership and the class, leading meetings within the class, organizing and delivering announcements, management of class events and calendar, making the class environment welcoming and inviting, and raise up and train new leaders.
